Mutter geboren und entdeckte schon fr\u00fch seine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr das Kochen im Familienrestaurant.<\/p><p>Mit 18 Jahren zog er nach Deutschland, um eine Kochkarriere zu verfolgen, begann eine Kochlehre in Osnabr\u00fcck, musste diese aber nach der Insolvenz des Betriebs aufgeben und kehrte nach El Salvador zur\u00fcck. Dort sammelte er Erfahrungen im InterContinental Hotel, bevor er seine Ausbildung in Oberjoch fortsetzte und von verschiedenen K\u00fcchenchefs lernte.<\/p><p>Nach Abschluss seiner Lehre arbeitete Pablo im Finedining-Restaurant 1.200 in Oberjoch, zun\u00e4chst als Souschef und sp\u00e4ter als Chefkoch.<\/p><p>Jorge lernte Pablo im Allg\u00e4u kennen und war von seiner K\u00fcche begeistert. 2023 stellte Jorge ihm das Sabor-Projekt vor, und Pablo war sofort begeistert von der Idee einer authentischen iberoamerikanischen K\u00fcche.<\/p><p>Heute bringt Pablo seine Erfahrung und Mutter geboren und entdeckte schon fr\u00fch seine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr das Kochen im Familienrestaurant.<\/p><p>Mit 18 Jahren zog er nach Deutschland, um eine Kochkarriere zu verfolgen, begann eine Kochlehre in Osnabr\u00fcck, musste diese aber nach der Insolvenz des Betriebs aufgeben und kehrte nach El Salvador zur\u00fcck.
