first:pt-[3px]\"><div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\"><p>Nac\u00ed en El Salvador, de padre alem\u00e1n y madre salvadore\u00f1a, y crec\u00ed en el restaurante de mi familia, donde aprend\u00ed los secretos de la cocina a una edad temprana. A los 18 a\u00f1os, me traslad\u00e9 a Alemania para empezar una nueva vida. Los primeros a\u00f1os fueron duros. Intent\u00e9 estudiar, pero no funcion\u00f3, y fue entonces cuando descubr\u00ed mi verdadera pasi\u00f3n: la cocina.   <\/p><p>Empec\u00e9 un aprendizaje de cocina en Osnabr\u00fcck, pero mi sue\u00f1o pareci\u00f3 hacerse a\u00f1icos cuando la empresa quebr\u00f3 al cabo de un a\u00f1o. Decidida a no rendirme, volv\u00ed a El Salvador y trabaj\u00e9 en el InterContinental durante siete meses. Esta experiencia me dio nuevas energ\u00edas y perspectivas. De vuelta a Alemania, continu\u00e9 mi formaci\u00f3n en la id\u00edlica Oberjoch, en la regi\u00f3n de Allg\u00e4u, y aprend\u00ed de los mejores chefs.   <\/p><p>Tras completar mi aprendizaje, me incorpor\u00e9 a un restaurante de alta cocina en la regi\u00f3n de Allg\u00e4u. En 2022, Jorge entr\u00f3 en mi vida, qued\u00f3 impresionado por mis habilidades y me ofreci\u00f3 un apasionante proyecto en Frankfurt. Acept\u00e9 este nuevo reto con entusiasmo.  <\/p><p>Hoy, en el Restaurante Sabor, combino lo mejor de la cocina iberoamericana con ingredientes regionales y una filosof\u00eda de sostenibilidad. Tras muchos a\u00f1os como chef, estoy preparado para ofrecer una experiencia culinaria aut\u00e9ntica e innovadora. <\/p><p>\u00bfMi plato favorito? Soy Jorge, nacido en el norte de M\u00e9xico y criado por una familia maravillosa, lo que significa grandes reuniones familiares los domingos con mucha comida y m\u00fasica. Aunque mis inicios profesionales se centraron en la producci\u00f3n y los n\u00fameros, siempre me han apasionado las artes culinarias y la alegr\u00eda que la comida aporta a la vida de las personas. Hoy trabajo como Directora de Operaciones de Rioca y soy cofundadora del restaurante Sabor.   <\/p><p>Mi viaje me ha llevado a muchos pa\u00edses: M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos, Brasil, Alemania, Australia y Espa\u00f1a. En cada lugar, he tenido la oportunidad de conocer a gente maravillosa, saborear platos locales y sumergirme en la cultura local a trav\u00e9s de la comida. Mi primera visita a R\u00edo fue en 2004, durante el Carnaval, e inmediatamente me cautiv\u00f3 la vibrante cultura, la energ\u00eda contagiosa y la c\u00e1lida hospitalidad de la gente. R\u00edo se convirti\u00f3 en mi verdadero hogar, m\u00e1s que ning\u00fan otro lugar. En los \u00faltimos 20 a\u00f1os, he vuelto a Brasil con regularidad, siempre atra\u00edda por el esp\u00edritu y la alegr\u00eda del lugar y de su gente.   <\/p><p>Inspirada por estas experiencias, fund\u00e9 Rioca, el hotel de dise\u00f1o brasile\u00f1o. Rioca capta la esencia de R\u00edo y ofrece a sus hu\u00e9spedes un aut\u00e9ntico trozo de hospitalidad brasile\u00f1a. Cada uno de nuestros hoteles est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para crear un sentimiento de comunidad y pertenencia, reflejando el esp\u00edritu de R\u00edo.  <\/p><p>\u00bfMi plato favorito? Una picanha perfectamente asada servida con arroz tradicional brasile\u00f1o y verduras a la parrilla: un verdadero testimonio de mi amor por la comida fresca y de calidad.
