first:pt-[3px]\"><div class=\"markdown prose w-full break-words dark:prose-invert light\"><p>Nasci em El Salvador, filho de pai alem\u00e3o e m\u00e3e salvadorenha, e cresci no restaurante da minha fam\u00edlia, onde aprendi os segredos da culin\u00e1ria desde cedo. Quando eu tinha 18 anos, mudei-me para a Alemanha para come\u00e7ar uma nova vida. Os primeiros anos foram dif\u00edceis. Tentei estudar, mas n\u00e3o deu certo, e foi ent\u00e3o que descobri minha verdadeira paix\u00e3o: cozinhar.   <\/p><p>Comecei um aprendizado de culin\u00e1ria em Osnabr\u00fcck, mas meu sonho parecia ter sido destru\u00eddo quando a empresa faliu depois de um ano. Determinado a n\u00e3o desistir, voltei a El Salvador e trabalhei no InterContinental por sete meses. Essa experi\u00eancia me deu nova energia e perspectivas. De volta \u00e0 Alemanha, continuei meu treinamento na id\u00edlica Oberjoch, na regi\u00e3o de Allg\u00e4u, e aprendi com os melhores chefs.   <\/p><p>Depois de concluir meu aprendizado, entrei em um restaurante de alta gastronomia na regi\u00e3o de Allg\u00e4u. Em 2022, Jorge entrou em minha vida, ficou impressionado com minhas habilidades e me ofereceu um projeto interessante em Frankfurt. Aceitei esse novo desafio com entusiasmo.  <\/p><p>Hoje, no Restaurante Sabor, eu combino o melhor da culin\u00e1ria ibero-americana com ingredientes regionais e uma filosofia de sustentabilidade. Depois de muitos anos como chef, estou pronto para oferecer uma experi\u00eancia culin\u00e1ria aut\u00eantica e inovadora. <\/p><p>Meu prato favorito? Ceviche, com peixe fresco em uma marinada de lim\u00e3o, refinado com cebola, coentro e pimenta.  O lanche perfeito para os dias quentes! Eu sou Jorge, nascido no norte do M\u00e9xico e criado por uma fam\u00edlia maravilhosa, o que significa grandes reuni\u00f5es familiares aos domingos com muita comida e m\u00fasica. Embora meu in\u00edcio de carreira tenha sido centrado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o e nos n\u00fameros, sempre tive paix\u00e3o pelas artes culin\u00e1rias e pela alegria que a comida traz para a vida das pessoas. Hoje trabalho como COO do Rioca e sou cofundador do Restaurante Sabor.   <\/p><p>Minha jornada me levou a muitos pa\u00edses: M\u00e9xico, EUA, Brasil, Alemanha, Austr\u00e1lia e Espanha. Em cada lugar, tive a oportunidade de conhecer pessoas maravilhosas, saborear pratos locais e mergulhar na cultura local por meio da comida. Minha primeira visita ao Rio foi em 2004, durante o Carnaval, e fui imediatamente cativado pela cultura vibrante, pela energia contagiante e pela calorosa hospitalidade das pessoas. O Rio se tornou meu verdadeiro lar, mais do que qualquer outro lugar. Nos \u00faltimos 20 anos, voltei ao Brasil regularmente, sempre atra\u00eddo pelo esp\u00edrito e pela alegria do lugar e de seu povo.   <\/p><p>Inspirado por essas experi\u00eancias, fundei o Rioca &#8211; o hotel design brasileiro. O Rioca capta a ess\u00eancia do Rio e oferece aos h\u00f3spedes uma aut\u00eantica fatia da hospitalidade brasileira.
